Stylist Ashieka Daniels: Helping Hands

Hello.  I am requesting the help of all who would like to volunteer their time or service and donate money, food, drinks, utensils, plates, and napkins.  I am looking for caterers, bakers, and those that can serve. A Prayer For My Clients

This morning I pray that each of my clients has increased favor with God and man.  I pray that God continues to keep you protected and safe.  I pray God's abundant blessings both financially (money), physically (health), and spiritually upon you and your household. I pray that you are a blessing everywhere you go and that you bring peace to all situations you face.  I pray that your joy be renewed and a fresh praise is released from your lips.  I pray your victory be complete in Christ Jesus.  I pray that what was once broken in your life now be restored, mended and healed in Jesus name.  I pray that worry, doubt and anxiety is rebuked off of your life.  I pray that God gives you peace that passeth all understanding.  I pray God's perfect will be done in your life.  In Jesus name Amen!

This hair style was inspired by Rhianna…as the summer comes to an end why not spice up this fish tail braid…by creating a fish tail braid around the parameter of the clients head, leaving one side of the hair down and adding ringlet curls to it will create a fresh new look to this simple style.

Wedding Day

This past Saturday I had the privilege to style a bride, mother of the bride and the brides sister.  I think the one thing I love best about this wedding party is that each of the women wore their hair natural.  It was so beautiful.  Jerona which was the bride to be was super calm.  As usual I always ask  my brides how they are feeling.  If they are excited.  I must say Jerona had this calm thing down packed.  As far as hair accessories all I can say is toooooo cute.  Jerona came in for a couple of appointments prior to her wedding day to do test styles which best went with the dress and veil.  I know we chose the perfect hair do for her.  Well here are a couple of pics.  Congrats to Jerona!  May God bless your marriage.  In Jesus Name.

Rihanna has been know to wear her mane in long ringlets curls but she is best know for her choppy bob cuts.  This style was inspired by Rihanna.  This models hair was cut in an asymmetrical bob with the intention for length on the right side.  Just for fun I added a splash of blue to pump this style up.  By adding color this gave the cut a unique personality.  Instead of curling the bangs flat I had some fun and flipped them back.  I love to be creative when it comes to this type of styling.  Credits: Ashieka E Photography, Hair Stylist Ashieka Daniels

This updo was inspired by the artist Ledisi.  Want I wanted to create was a bit more height in the crown of the head.  This model had natural hair in which I manipulated to give the feel of regal elegance.  Her hair was highlighted an auburn color to add more depth. I had so much fun on my photo shoot yesterday!  Wow!  From start to finish it was a packed day.  I was honored to have some of the most beautiful women model for me.  Thank you Tye, Kiarra, Ki Ki, and Shaton you made this shoot a major success!  You guys really know how to work the camera.  Well where do I begin.....We started Wednesday morning with hair followed by makeup.  The ladies got dressed and we were ready to hit the streets.  Oh if you didn't know I also do photography (just thought I'd add that info).
